About Kirsty Macdonald
I'm passionate about helping people to let go of the things that block and hold them back, and helping them to create ways of living, working and relating that heal rather than harm. I have a special interest in helping leaders, and often work with people in positions of influence, whether in a political, creative or corporate sense. I also specialise in burnout, stress, anxiety and sleep. All of which can be the turning point to a greater opening and awakening in a person's life.
With well over 10,000 hours of one-to-one client work and in leading trainings and workshops, my expertise includes a wide range of modalities focusing on unconscious mind change, body energetics, creativity, performance, breath, spiritual awareness and life mastery.
My client work and teaching is founded on my expertise in NLP, EMI, Cognitive Hypnotherapy and Coaching and has been been deepened through more than 25 years of experience of various styles of meditation and yogic practices, intensive personal practice and work with some of the world’s leading practitioners and teachers of performance, spirituality and embodiment. Until moving to a largely online format, I ran my successful practice in Harley Street, London. I have presented at TEDx, and have been a regular contributor to The Huffington Post.

It’s hard to put into words exactly what Kirsty does, and what she did for me. ‘Coach’ doesn’t seem to fit, it sounds a bit rigid, ’therapist’ isn’t quite right either. What I do know is that Kirsty presence, space holding and questioning is magic and allows for deep lasting change to occur surprisingly quickly.
I would highly recommend working with Kirsty if you’re really wanting to go deep and explore the root cause of what’s holding you back from creating the life and business you desire.
